Island Stories

Wednesday 20th November 2019 at 7:00pm  |  Daunt Books Marylebone

David Reynolds, Professor of International History at Cambridge, sets out a profound multi-cultural interpretation of the many island stories that have made up Britain’s history and defined our complex relationship with Europe.

Through the prism of our Brexit-dominated present, and drawing on voices such as those of Chamberlain, Churchill and Thatcher from the past, he unravels the narratives that shape the present and possible future of Britain’s role within Europe.
