Rachel Roddy is a regular columnist for the Guardian Cook and is the author of the wonderful and prize-winning Four Quarters: Recipes and Notes from a Kitchen in Rome and Two Kitchens: Family Recipes from Sicily and Rome.
Rowley Leigh is an award-winning chef and food writer. His new book A Long and Messy Business, distils recipes and essays from forty years as a professional chef and food writer for the Financial Times.
